Power software is a powerful tool that links a personal computer to Cummings microprocessor-based PowerCommand Controls, allowing users to perform electronic service functions, including adjustments for trims and settings, monitoring, strip chart, data logging, viewing faults, and report capability.
It provides users convenient access to commands such as connect/disconnect, save, strip chart and monitor functions, and exit commands. This software also allows users to configure products, obtain data for analysis and maintenance activities, and diagnose existing and potential problems. Power is an excellent tool for optimizing service and maintenance activities. However, improper setup and adjustments can result in the equipment's mid-operation, so we provide our customers with after-sales service.
Version 14.5.1 New features and enhancements
1. The TPL file format was changed to Guidanz Compatible JASON format.
2. The Connection Error Screen will display additional informative messages.
3. QSOL documentation update for Win 8 obsolescence
4. The firmware version manager can now handle multiple calibrations for a single device ID.
Fixed issues
For PCC3300V1 strategic build #A066N050, the tool will display the correct informative message related to the latest version of the calibration file.

• Adjust almost all tuning parameters in the connected control system, including voltage and frequency levels, gains, protection settings, and other values.
• Convenient programming of customizable inputs in controllers.
• Generates reports on controlled data.
• Allows the release of firmware updates for the Power Command generator set.
• Display critical parameters in strip chart format and export data to third-party software tools for processing and viewing.
• Simulates NFPA 110 Genset control failure conditions to demonstrate the controller's and monitoring equipment's functionality in the field.
