EST 2023 provides the technician with an essential tool by facilitating the troubleshooting of electronic engines.
Perkins EST 2023 is a diagnostic program, which consists of a set of hardware and software (complex parts, service system "TIPSS").
The user can use the test program Perkinss EST 2022 for communicating with 2300/2800 electronic engines Perkins (FG Wilson 300 - 750 KVA range) and FG Wilson panel PowerWizard.
This connection is via J1939 data link.
EST 2023 Diagnostic software Perkins allows users to:

Essential in replacing an ECM on a Perkins’ 2300/2800 series engine. A blank ECM can only be configured using EST.
Essential in replacing or retrofitting an FG Wilson Powerwizard control panel module - the new standard in FG Wilson control systems.
A blank module can only be configured using EST (installing the base flash file into a blank Powerwizard module).
Enables the dealer to upload, download and save customer configuration files.
Allows bypassing Powerwizard level three passwords.
Enables dealers to update the software versions of customer’s Powerwizard control panels, as required. New software releases can enhance the control panel’s functionality.

The WinFlash screen has been updated for improved usability.
New Help System
A new Help system has been implemented with the 2010B release. In this system, existing content has been significantly updated,
and new content has been added to provide information and instruction on new features.
Please note that these updates will be available in English only for the 2010B release. Translated Help will be available in subsequent releases.
Snapshot Updates
The Snapshot feature now allows users to compare data points and to change the colors on the graph.
Time Mode Display Options for Datalogger
A “Time Mode” button is now available on the Data Log screen.
Clicking this button allows users to toggle the display of the graph between the PC Clock Time (HH:MM:SS) and the time that elapsed while the data was being logged.
