EST 2021A provides the technician with an essential tool by facilitating the troubleshooting of electronic engines.
Perkins EST 2021A is a diagnostic program, which consists of a set of hardware and software (complex parts, service system "TIPSS").
The user can use the test program Perkins EST 2019A for communicating with 2300/2800 electronic engines Perkins (FG Wilson 300 - 750 KVA range) and FG Wilson panel Power Wizard.
This connection is via J1939 data link.

EST 2021A Diagnostic software Perkins allows users to:
- Override Powerwizard level three passwords
- Configure and/or change system parameters
- Display, graph and record logs of parameter status
- Display the status of a group of parameters (temperatures, pressures, etc)
- View and clear active and logged diagnostic codes
- View and clear active and logged event codes
- Display, view or change the current Configuration File or Base level Flash File
- Upload, download and save configuration files
- View a list of irregularities logged by the ECM (engine control module)
- Perform diagnostic tests
- Perform calibrations
- Print reports and diagnostic results.

The WinFlash screen has been updated for improved usability.
New Help System
A new Help system has been implemented with the 2016C release. In this system, existing content has been significantly updated,
and new content has been added to provide information and instruction on new features.
Please note that these updates will be available in English only for the 2016C release. Translated Help will be available in subsequent releases.
Snapshot Updates
The Snapshot feature now allows users to compare data points and to change the colors on the graph.
Time Mode Display Options for Datalogger
A “Time Mode” button is now available on the Data Log screen.
Clicking this button allows users to toggle the display of the graph between the PC Clock Time (HH:MM:SS) and the time that elapsed while the data was being logged.

2021 is the Latest Dealer Software For All Models Of Caterpilllar Equipment - Online Installation And Activation!
Caat (Caterpilllar ET) 2021A is an updated version of the dealer level program for the diagnosis of all Caterpillar equipment .
This program works with the dealer diagnostic scanner Caterpillar Communication Adapter, as well as other adapters for diagnostics including Nexiq,
the program provides the full information when troubleshooting.
This diagnostic application allows you to :
- Change vehicle parameters
- Lock / unlock parameters
- Diagnostics and reconfiguration
- Reading ECM flash error codes
The Caterpilllar ET 2020A program provides complete information and troubleshooting of your CAAT machinery.
Among its features, it is found that the cat ET 2020AC has the ability to perform analysis and testing of all sensors and systems in real time.
And it also allows you to see all the error codes of the Caterpillar machinery and has integration with Caterpillar sis in this way to see all the technical information on how to solve the fault.

What's New - 2021A XE Wheel Loader
The 988K XE Wheel Loader has been added to the Trainer application.
Communications Adapter 3 (CA3) Update
The service tool contains a new version of the Communications Adapter 3 (CA3) software. The new software allows flashing at 500 kilobits on supported applications.
Marine Sea Trial Changes
In the marine Sea Trial Steady State feature, the 9xx manual entry parameters have been updated. Some numbers have been removed, and some existing numbers have new descriptions. New numbers have been added with new 900 number designations for current engines, including Tier 4 SCR based aftertreatment engines. The steady state setup files names and content have changed, and are based on the engine cooling system. The Sea Trial Feature is now supported on marine fixed speed engines.
Product Status Report Updates
The Product Status Report has been updated to include certain history features supported by the ECM, such as the after-treatment Regeneration History and the Service Test History.
Winflash Screen Update
The screen for the Winflash feature has been updated. A new Expand All button opens all sections of the screen to show all details for ECMs detected by WinFlash. A new Collapse All button hides all sections of the screen, except for header rows showing detected ECM names.
Configuring Cat Electronic Technician to use the Communication Adapter 3
In order that Electronic Technician to work with the Communication Adapter 3,
the settings must be changed to select the Communication Adapter 3 as the Communication Interface Device:
Step 1 Start Electronic Technician.
Step 2 Click the Stop Connect button when it appears.
Step 3 Select the Utilities menu.
Step 4 Choose “Preferences > Modify...”.
Step 5 Select the Communications tab.
Step 6 Select Comm Adapter 3 (RP1210) and click OK.
NOTE: Because a growing number of products require multiple data link service, the “Enable Dual Datalink Service” checkbox has been pre-selected.
Servicing ECMs on more than one data link requires this checkbox to be enabled.
Failure to do this will result in undetected ECMs and reduced functionality.
